10/29/2022 0 Comments Esxi install from usb syslinux efi![]() ![]() I was able to get the ESXi installer to run via UEFI as long as I directly point to the image file in "mboot.efi", which I placed in there from syslinux 6.03, but I want to use syslinux to pass in PXE configurations from a default configuration file. Reinstalling ESXi on the SSD drive with the UEFI setting enabled in the BIOS did not help. This is a short revisit of an earlier blog post on automating ESXi installation through PXE booting and Kickstart scripts. 8 Homelab, vCenter presented me a warning for all my three hosts.
